Cathy (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Highly recommended | We went out every day and our guides were informative and knowledgeable. The horses were responsive and willing. The countryside was beautiful.

The accommodations were comfortable and beautiful, very well cared for. But the FOOD!!! EXCELLENT! Marianna is an amazing chef. Very creative and able to accommodate specific requests (I’m vegetarian). Some of the best meals!
