Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
We were completely taken aback but how amazing the accommodation and food was - this was a surprise as we were expecting basic but it was absolutely the opposite. The accommodation was so incredible and each change in site was even more of a surprise. The food was out of this world and so much of it!!

Lois was really great at always being on hand to answering any questions we had. She provided us with all the information and this was all given at the right time!
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
I don’t think there is any ways. A link was sent for us to pay and we paid quite easily.
Do you have any other feedback for us?
We would absolutely 100% recommend this holiday to anyone considering a riding safari. Getting to experience both South Africa and Botswana was incredible, which both differed but both wonderful. The experience of riding with the animals was out of this world and the whole experience was a real ‘pinch me’ moment - tears well up now thinking about how amazing it was! The horses were fantastic and it was just so much fun! It was all so well organised and we truly felt like royalty the whole time! Cannot recommend this enough to anyone!!! I am absolutely so thrilled I did this - it was completely worth every penny and a truly once in a life time experience! [In The Saddle replies: thank you so much for your lovely feedback. Emma (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) The most magical experience | The horses were absolutely wonderful! All super well cared for and clearly look this. They were very well suited for our abilities and the organisation offered alternatives if desired. They were all so well behaved and the most perfect horses. The riding was fantastic with lots of cantering! Really felt very easy as the horses made it so easy!!
