Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
The food was very good and I enjoyed the Portuguese delights Since we would ride in the morning and after lunch a lighter lunch fare would have suited me better Increase the salad, the bread, olives and fruit was delicious and of course the olive oil with balsamic for dipping-perfect! The dinners and breakfast were delicious And the wine and champagne! That was perfect with our dinner appetizers and meal. But all together the food was very satisfying

Carlos and Rita are a true joy to spend the week with. They are warm and welcoming and helpful in any way possible I wish them continued success and hope to return to their place soon.
Michaeleen (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) I had the time of my life! | This riding adventure was not for the meek of heart--it was a dressage boot camp and I learned so much! The trainers were excellent and took their responsibility to make me an improved rider very seriously Rui and Miguel were on point yet kind, allowed questions and did further explanation of a riding skill I was struggling to master. The grooms were kind and the horses were so well taken care of. Even the dogs were a joy. Quinta do Rol met all my expections and more. I look forward to a return visit.
