How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
Sometimes I had difficulties in understanding some informations, in part due to Emilio`s pitch (voice), which is is very low, in part I liked to be in the back, which was more silent -- sometimes some riders talk too much 🙂
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
It would be nice to pay in installments, using credit card. For South Americans, the exchanging currency is very unfavorable since the coup in 2016, and only now, with democratic government is getting slightly better.
