Alix who has been on 3 In The Saddle rides. Fantastic | Definitely met my expectations. I would say, as this is the 2nd time i have been that I got much more out of it the second time - this is because it is very technical riding and I think you really need to be able to ride a proficient prelim & novice test to really get your money's worth. It's a beautiful venue with wonderful staff, teachers and horses. Food amazing and there is a fair bit for the non riders to do.

Our shower didnt work that well (room 5) - manager is aware. Beds comfortable. Beautiful setting and views. peaceful. Lovely dip pool and living room areas. Food was delicious and lots of variety and a big effort made.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

I'm not sure the information gets passed on efficiently - e.g. when my friend arrived a few days earlier than me, I asked her to make sure that the trainers knew I had a hospital call for my mother to do - they had not received the message. Im not sure if the problem was In The Saddle not passing it on, or whether it got stuck between Monte Vehlo reception and the head trainer who puts the lesson schedules together.

[Abbie from ITS replies: Thank you for your comment. This important message was definitely passed on to Monte Velho, who confirmed receipt of it and agreed not to arrange riding for the time that the call was planned.

In response to your feedback, Monte Velho have said the request was passed from Reservations to Anne Sylvie who is in charge of the riding schedules. A mistake was made in one of the last-minute changes to the riding schedule, but once this was pointed out the schedule was immediately changed back again. Monte Velho work hard to manage all of their guests' requests, individual requirements and riding schedules, whilst matching appropriate horses to each rider.]

Nothing i dont think
