Fiona (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) The most amazing holiday! | The riding was brilliant, various terrains, absolutely stunning scenery. Everyone had choices regarding trail rides, liberty work and lessons. Everyone was well catered for.
The horses were so well cared for by knowledgeable people, so well trained and everyone was matched up perfectly with their horses.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

Our room was massive, with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen! The shower was good and plenty of hot water was available. The room was very clean, comfortable and well decorated.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

I’m not sure you could improve! I had all the information required and further to that Rebecca called me before the holiday to check everything was ok.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Again, I was completely satisfied with the booking and payment. I guess the only way to make the process a little easier would be to offer to book the flights, but saying that, we combined the holiday with a couple of days in Chicago and that was lovely to have the flexibility to do that.

Do you have any other feedback for us?

From the moment we got to the ranch we were met with such friendly welcoming people. All the staff went out of their way for everyone. The food was home cooked and absolutely delicious. My daughter has a wheat allergy and that was catered for, my son eats like a horse and he was filled up every meal! How I’m going to survive without Patty’s pancakes in the morning I don’t know!
Activities were put on and everyone had a choice of what to do, from roping, shooting, archery, fishing, parrelli work, bareback riding to going on the cart with the massive horses and we even got to go to a rodeo.
I can’t emphasise enough how good the horses were or all the people on the ranch. We were made to feel so welcome.
The scenery is so amazing, the pictures on the website don’t do it justice, it is stunning! We saw a bear, a snake and lots of deer!
The best family holiday ever, we would happily go every year if we could x
