Sarah (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Incredible experience | Well schooled horses for the riding, the guides knowledge was exceptional and provided brilliant information on the wildlife.
They checked on riders and comfort with horses provided during and after every ride, nothing was to much hassle. The riding experience was fantastic.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

One of us had a dietary restrictions and this wasn’t an issue, the food provided was delicious and well organised.
The setting for dinning changed each meal moving around the main lodge which meant new views of the reserve for every meal.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

We don’t have any points for this, it was a lovely pack, we found the information very informative.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

A reminder for final payment, I forgot I had money owing and then panicked, however staff were brilliant and wasn’t an issue.
