Suzanne who has been on 5 In The Saddle rides. Magical Once in a Lifetime Experience | All riders have their priviate guides. I would let the guide know what pace and how long of a ride I would like to do. When my husband came along we went much slower. Everything is so personalized. The horses are incredibly cared for and you could tell how much they loved them. I fell in love with my horse who was perfect for me and my husband also had an incredible horse. We also had our personal game driver who was so incredible. We designed what we wanted to do each day. If my hubby and our guide went hiking but I rode, we would meet up somewhere special. It was so incredible how personalized EVERYTHING was.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

It is a very isolated Lodge only having 10 villas, Everyone had their personal game driver, horse guide, room steward, and wait person. Much of the time we had the common area and pool to ourselves, because everyone would be off doing different activities. The villas were breathtaking with the view of Mt Kilimanjaro every morning. This was the most magical trip I have ever taken.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Rebecca is awesome. Any question I had, she was so prompt in answering my many questions. If she was out of the office another member of the team would get in touch with me. GREAT communication even though I am in the USA. I keep coming back to In The Saddle because of Rebecca and the great service from In The Saddle. It is wonderful that the places listed "In the Saddle's catalog" are places the staff have been to, so I get first hand information on where I travel to, unlike some other travel agencies I have used.
