The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
The most fabulous food and hands down the best way to sleep! Willem and Lisbeth created magic every night. Diverse, delicious and filling dishes.
If I could sleep under the pristine skies of Namibia in my cosy bed counting shooting stars for the rest of my life, I would.
Before Your Holiday
Did you have all of the information you needed to:
How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
Please include suggestions for Compeed (or some other knee chafing solution) and some strapping for ankles as there were four of us who needed it!
[ITS Note: Thanks for your suggestions. We do suggest taking a personal medical kit and bring any medical supplies you usually need. Compeed blister plasters have been on the Namib Desert packing list for many years.]
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
None. We were very grateful for the rigorous questioning. Others were not so well informed!
Do you have any other feedback for us?
There is very little in this world that will make you feel alive like galloping across the Namibian desert. And then there are the stars... Oh, it has really brought me back to me.
Huge thanks to Abbie for organising one of the best (if not the best) holiday of our lives. Mind blowing.
Lene (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Namib Desert - Leave the world behind | The most amazing horses. They were the daytime stars of the show, making us feel both thrilled and safe through fast and challenging terrain. Special shout out to Larissa for her amazing love for the horses.
[Abbie from ITS replies: Many thanks for your super feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed your desert adventure].
