The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
The food was excellent and a very good standard. The chefs were marvelous and all the food was home cooked and prepared from fresh produce from the estancia where possible or locally sourced. We had some delicious BBQ meals and the beef!!!!!!!!!!!!! Deliberately only served a couple of times during our stay as they had such a variety of other food to offer us.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
I cannot think of anything that you could do to improve the pre-information that you send. Compared with other tour operators (non riding) you are by far the best. The new folder that the information was sent to us in was so useful on the holiday to keep all our additional our important documents in such as Passport, Covid passport etc
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Janet who has been on 16 In The Saddle rides. An Amazing Experience | The riding was over some rough terrain with rocks among the tall clumps of grasses. Sometimes up and down steep slopes and through small streams. The views at the top were panoramic. It was incredible to ride over a varied landscape without meeting any other humans - dog walkers, cyclists or hikers!!! The rides were geared to the level of the rider slow or faster for the more experienced. Mainly walking but with long canters for those that wanted them. The gauchos (Argentinians) and guides (mainly English girls 21+) were all very helpful.
