How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
There was a bit of confusion on the pick up time at the airport. We got a call to inform us that it was 10am, but the information the person had on our flights was not accurate so we weren't sure whether they had called the right people. In addition, we didn't receive an email of confirmation afterwards. I would recommend doing both (call+email), especially with non-native English speakers, just in case.
However, having received the contact details of our hosts in advance, we got in contact with them directly which was easy enough and confirmed the pick up time (11am) and exact location in the airport. [In The Saddle replies: Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed the ride. We passed on the collection time we had been provided by Los Alamos. We always provide their contact details in advance and are sorry that when you spoke to them directly, they informed you of a different time.]

I was matched with the perfect horse for me, the riding was varied enough with multiple opportunities for a canter or gallop.
The accommodation, food and company was very enjoyable.
