Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

Accommodation at an historic home was a real treat, especially the tour through the de Lavals' private quarters. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Christina's food was wonderful. Excellent preparation and variety. She really tried hard to accommodate special needs.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

Pre-holiday info was fine.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Everything was fine. No improvement necessary.

Just a very small comment...on our last day Christina kindly arranged for Tina and me to visit the city center. We very much enjoyed our time there, but had nothing to tell us what we were seeing what we should have been seeing, and where we were. If a walking tour could have been included, or even a website to a walking tour and/or an article on the sights with a city central map, it would have been appreciated. Again, this is a very small thing in an amazing experience, and we probably could have gone on-line ourselves. As mentioned, we had a nice time viewing the church, shopping and having lunch.
