The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
I had a standard room this time, last year I had one of the fancier ones so was a bit worried I might be disappointed. However I preferred the standard room and next time I go will request it again. It was huge, has a bath as well as a shower and is right next to the dining room so better for wi-fi and handy if you forget something you need for the evening or for riding.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
It was all good - knew what to expect anyway.
There did seem to be a bit of crossed wires re what accommodation was available this time, more affecting my travelling companion than myself.
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
As above - just being a bit clearer re the accommodation options that were available at time of booking.

Would absolutely recommend Horizon - it's one of my favorite places to be.

Always meets expectations.
One small suggestion - not everyone is familiar with these saddles and would be good to give people a bit of info about them, e.g. getting on and off, letting them know that buckles can be adjusted if they are rubbing / causing soreness. One of the other ladies was struggling quite a lot and had no idea her issues could be sorted our very simply and quickly - it just came up in conversation at dinner one evening and I advised her what to do but I don't think she'd have raised it otherwise.
