Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

I was the only guest (a family of 5 from another tour company dropped out on the Thursday) so ate with the family and due to Isabella being a vegetarian it quite high on veggie scale.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

What I felt you (and probably the other tour operator) missed was saying that you are typically at 1000m above sea level so it will be cooler up on the plateau so high summer is not as hot as down on the coast. I found returning to London an increase in heat despite going north. The temperatures were typically high 20s rather than the 30s (to high 30s) in the rest of Europe last week.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

I would like to convince a friend to do this with me in a couple of years time!
