Miquel (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Horseback riding safari in the Macatoo Paradise | All ridings were carefully cared about.
The guides were excellent.
All was specially prepared for Kate. All horseback riding endings were on a different location and we were always surprised and excited.
All the staff were really good.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

The food was delicious.
We had candle light dinners in one big table. We were indicated by Mary were to sit. It was very useful to talk to everyone.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

I was completely informed about how my holidays were going to be.
I knew everything before it happened.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

I completely agree with your method.
I booked the safari before the Covid 19. You gave me my money back completely without hesitation and without being asked by me. I appreciate a lot the way you work. It made me feel you are really professional. This was when I thought that if I was going to do a horseback riding safari in the future it will be with you.

Everything was beyond my expectations.
I had been in game driving safaris in Kenia, Tanzania, South Africa, Namibia and Uganda before, but nothing compares to this horseback riding safari in the Macatoo camp (Okavango Delta).
