Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
The accommodation in the Dolls House was just what I like, all the comforts but with the character an older building brings and one felt at home, the service was superb (free laundry much appreciated and a little gift each day).
The food was incredible and far beyond what I had expected. Los Potreros is very proud of its kitchen and rightly so, it matched any restaurant we ate in during our stay in Chile and Argentina and the chefs, Claudio and Daniel, were so obliging and helpful. Cooking on the barbecue also happened frequently. We had a different menu every lunch and dinner and breakfast was basically whatever you wanted. The fact that most of the food from the superb Aberdeen Angus beef to fruit and vegetables was grown on the estancia added to the 'feel good' factor. The famed Argentinian wines were also much appreciated plus the G&Ts! Absolutely brilliant!

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
To be truthful, I can't think of anything else. We have travelled with ITS many times before and always found the support and administration to be outstanding from Olwen and her staff.
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
We were all very happy with the help and advice we received from ITS and its efficiency.

Just thanks for another superb holiday which we hope to repeat in 2023 when we have sorted out dates.
Sue who has been on 8 In The Saddle rides. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING | The rides were varied and always interesting and as a rather rusty rider, I appreciated going on the slow rides. The horses are superb, very well looked after and unbelievably sure footed on the rugged terrain. I rode five different horses, Paso and Criollo and cannot praise them enough. The views on the estancia from whichever direction you go are incredible especially riding to the 'Top of the World' outlook. The gauchos and guides looked after us all the time without fail. I have rarely felt so comfortable riding (after a gap of over 30 years) and confident in the ability of my horse to look after me. Some of the terrain is challenging but these horses never wavered. Most are bred on the estancia and are a tribute to Kevin Begg and his breeding policies.
