How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
in the saddle always does a fantastic job of putting the entire package together never any surprises, because of family needs and relocation to the U.S., we were just disappointed that we were not able to squeeze more rides in during the past few years. That will change in the future, and we will to continue to use ITS because of the outstanding service.
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Overall, I would have to say that this ranks up there with the best rides we had with ITS, everything was perfect and we would not hesitate to endorse the Azores ride and ITS to any rider.

An outstanding riding experience from start to finish! | What was nice was that all paces were accommodated, the horses were very well trained, the food and accommodations were outstanding, and the hosts, Claude and Christine made you feel very welcome in their home.
Anky, who led our rides, was an outstanding guide and she would tailor your ride and preferences to suit. Fantastic staff, and let's not forget Rui !
