Fiona (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Amazing experience! | I was quite apprehensive when I went as I had not ridden regularly for many years and was not sure if I would participate in some of the activities. However from the very first ride, I felt confident enough to canter on the trail and ended up doing everything that was on offer.....This included Arena games and Barrel racing, Working with Cattle and Wagon driving! Everybody at the Ranch went out of their way to make sure all the guests were happy with their horse and got to do everything that they wanted to.

I really enjoyed the riding and it more than exceeded my expectations.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

The accommodation was fairly basic but the rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and heating available. The mattress I felt was not that comfortable and possibly in need of updating.

The food was always fresh and plenty of it with a good selection of vegetables, fruit and salad and lovely homemade desserts and cookies everyday. The vegetarian options were fairly limited in terms of variety when it came to protein but they tried hard to accomodate us and there was always an alternative to meat offered.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

I felt the quality of pre-holiday information sent was excellent and not sure how it could be improved upon.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
