How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
We were nervous about travelling to South Africa and had our safety concerns, not with the Wait A Little portion but getting there. We were sent a photo of the car that was going to take us from Johannesburg to Wait A Little. The car that picked us up was not like the photo. We took the risk and got in - but really? We felt really unsafe about that.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
Abbie was really difficult to get a hold of and never seemed to understand we wanted things in Canadian dollars; I don’t think as a Canadian In The Saddle was a totally customer friendly experience.
