Tracy (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Mediterranean Trail | The trip was perfect, all that I hoped for and more. The horses were well cared for and fun to ride. Our group leader, Niki, was incredible! I thoroughly enjoyed her company throughout the day and she went out of her way to make everyone confident and comfortable along the trip. It was a well balanced trip of riding, and viewing the countryside, towns and beaches.

The food was excellent and the hosts at each stop were friendly and welcoming.

The only glitch that happened - I know that you had all of my passport, and insurance information, but when we arrived for the first day of riding the group did not seem to have this available. I had to scramble through packed luggage to locate that which I tucked away safely. It took a bit of time. There were some liability papers to sign and if those had been sent earlier, they could have been taken care of - the group was waiting on us.
[In The Saddle note - We have followed this up with the ride operator because we had forwarded your passport and insurance information to them. They have apologised for having to ask you for the information again. It transpires that because the ride operator found it impossible to get the information in advance for every client they changed to collecting it on the first evening.]
