Given all the uncertainties of Covid requirements at both the SA and UK end I think you did well to remain sane! You alerted the moment a PCR test was no longer required for SA entry and mercifully no further changes happened.

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Again, you behaved with great honesty through an incredibly difficult period when airlines were behaving disgracefully and so many in the industry were struggling. All credit due to the In the Saddle team!
