Wonderful hosts who make me feel at home from the moment they pick me up at the Airport. Lovely tasty food and comfy accommodation. Andrew organised the extra covid testing that came in with very little notice, making it so easy for us. Very reassuring in these difficult times.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
In the Saddle have always provided all the info needed, during Covid you have demonstrated again how brilliant you are, going that extra mile to check I'm ok with the testing requirements and have everything I need in the week before and then even messaging whilst we were away as rules changed again, thank you!! I wouldn't have had the confidence to travel at the moment without your back up.
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

Rachel who has been on 26 In The Saddle rides. Absolutely perfect | Lovely mix of pottering around the forest with some speedy canters and gallops thrown in, not forgetting the wonderful beach rides.
