How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
Update your information on the instructors and ask Monte Velho for a manned mobile telephone number for check in. On leaving Lisbon, we tried all 3 telephone numbers numerous time and no reply. When we arrived at Monte Velho about 4.30 on Sunday, reception was locked up and no one was around. A member of the stable staff had to contact someone for us. It was not a very good first impression.

Lucy (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Monte Velho - Riding experience of a lifetime | The school horses were amazing. I experienced GP dressage movements that I had always wanted to do (two time changes, piaffe) on horses that were so generous to a rider who was new to these.
