Communication between you , us and our driver was the only hitch. He turned up one hour later then what you arranged with us. Otherwise the holiday was incredibly smooth. Wonderful. [Sarah from ITS comments: we are sorry that the arranged drived arrived late to collect you. We are investigating why this should have happened and will of course refund the cost of this transfer]
