How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
I didn't really understand that there would be no way to communicate with my family during the 7 days ride. It would have been helpful if you had stated that there would be no signal on phone, no wifi and no internet during the whole of the seven days; I could then have prepared my family of that. Now they were afraid that something had happened to me as I didn't have ability to keep in touch with anyone during the whole stay.
Olwen from In The Saddle writes: The itinerary we sent you when we confirmed your booking and again just before you travelled did highlight that there was limited to no mobile phone signal and WIFI only on the first and last day. I am sorry that you didn't notice this.
