Annette who has been on 9 In The Saddle rides. Wow! | The only thing I did not like was how the horses were tied nose to tail 🙁
They were so good they could run free rather than being dragged around. This did upset me and one received a nasty kick to his chin.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

Very basic!! But we were warned! The huts were warm which was the main thing.
As a veggie, I was much better catered for than expected. The steaks did look good!
More wine than I was expecting which is always good!

Do you have any other feedback for us?

This was such an adventure; I LOVED it!
I never thought that I would ride across a field of cows and see sealions below us on a beach 🙂 or ride alongside a penguin! Weeks later I am still buzzing!
Adolfo and Florrie were fab, they had such a can do attitude.
I would recommend the ride but only to good riders with a sense of humour! It was quite hard in places and things had to be changed due to the tides etc. Also, lots of dismounting and walking on foot due to the terrain. Some of the cliffs were a bit scary but the horses were fantastic, so sure footed.
The long walk on foot to the lighthouse at the end of the world was so worth it. The best picnic ever, sitting watching hundreds of sealions, oh and a pod of orcas. A take to the grave experience.
Thank you everyone involved x
