I am pescatarian and was cooked special dishes to match my dietary requirements for every meal. The local wine and cheese is also a particular highlight.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

I would prefer not to be sent all of the information relating to the holiday in the little folder prior to my trip. While this is in theory a nice touch, I also think it is quite wasteful as I would imagine the vast majority of the folders are thrown in the bin directly after the holiday. Perhaps something recyclable could take their place? (ITS comment: Thank you for letting us know that you would prefer not to receive the printed itinerary. We do have this as an option on our booking form and will make a note on your file for the future. We know many people really love the printed itinerary and keep them as souvenirs of their holiday but we are also very aware of the need to minimise waste.)

How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?

I think your website really lets you down and could do with an update. I imagine you guys market and consider yourselves a luxury travel provider (rightly so in my opinion) but if you compare your website to other luxury travel agents yours would benefit from an updated layout and a much better use of imagery to convey just how sensational some of your locations are. Below are a couple of examples, Black Tomato in particular use imagery very, very well to sell the idea of a unique experience rather than a holiday. (ITS comment: 2.
