Transylvania Trail - Romania

Amanda who has been on 13 In The Saddle rides. Romania trail ride | Well paced, fun, fast riding through varied scenery- Sam was an excellent ride leader and we had great back up, especially from Silviou who always had everything ready to take care of both horses and riders at the end of the day.
I was very happy with both my horses.

Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?

Food plentiful and good.
Accommodation overall was fine-warm, clean and comfortable.
My only comment is that on some of the nights (not at Equus Silvania or Cobor) there wasn’t enough hot water for all of our group of 7 to have a quick shower after riding.
More hot water was usually available later in the evening- we were lucky with the weather but this might be a problem if it had been wet and cold.

Do you have any other feedback for us?

A couple of us came out early and spent a day and a half in Bucharest which was a nice start to the holiday- lovely old town with quirky cafes and interesting museums and galleries.
