The Accommodation
Do you have any comments about the accommodation and food?
I was disappointed with the desserts. It wasn’t until the last two days we had a proper pudding, the one evening we were given sweets which isn’t very satisfying when you’ve had a long day in the saddle. Also the packed lunches we had to make for ourselves were very limited to cheese or salami or a mixture of both.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?
Some of the itinerary was a bit out of date, one of the guides said that the snowmobiling trip hasn’t happened for about five years, also we only stopped at two accommodations. [ITS comment: The snowmobiling trip needs a minimum of ten guests to confirm to run, and so this is likely why it seldom runs. This optional excursion is being discontinued in 2020. We are checking the itinerary with our partners to ensure our information is the most up to date regarding the accommodation. Thank you for highlighting this.]
We did bathe in a geothermal pool but it wasn’t a secret lagoon. It was very nice but it was open to the general public with lifeguards, showers and a food outlet. [ITS comment: The Secret Lagoon is a public pool, but is not as busy as the Blue Lagoon, which is why we prefer to use this one.]
How could we improve the way we handled your booking and payment?
No everything is well organised.
More than I expected, it was lovely to tolt at such speed and feel so safe and comfortable. There hadn’t been any rain for about four weeks so it was extremely dusty and sometimes you were riding blind but the horses weren’t phased and are so sure footed.
