The Great Trek - Kyrgyzstan

I would have preferred to have ridden something which was more forward going.
There was nothing wrong with the tack. In fact the saddles were very comfortable.
All the horses looked well with good coats and they all know there job.

How could we improve the quality of pre-holiday information that we send?

Most of us slept in tents rather than yurts when given a choice.
The times we slept 'indoors' on the floor was perfectly acceptable.
I cannot stand pasta! But I had a good half of the trip with other food available.
The last half of the trip the food deteriated the nearer we got to the end but I managed.
But I knew I would probably come unstuck. There is no M&S round the corner.

Do you have any other feedback for us?

In the brochure it states that Kyrgyzstan being a Muslim country people must cover shoulders etc.
This crowd of mainly young professional females stripped to the bone as soon as the sun rose and only covered up in the cold or rain. They also went to a market with the shortest of shorts and minimal of tops. No one turned a hair. There seems to be a certain tolerance on dress. And seeing the local people in the streets dressed like any European in summer garb.
