Lacey (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) My most amazing adventure thus far in my life! | Argentina - the Mitre peninsula horseback ride was the most amazing adventure I have embarked on so far in my life. It was beyond all of my wildest dreams, filled with wild natural beauty for 100’s of miles with no one but me and my horse.

I found a part of myself there and left a part of my soul in that wild, beautiful, natural country in the Mitre peninsula at the end of the world, or the beginning as the locals like to think of it. Exceptional horses, wild life, beautiful shelters, invigorating weather, adventure around every bend.

The family that took us was kind, experts in horsemanship, ranch living, knowledgeable about the land, horses, history and the science exploration all around them.

This magical land will always be a part of me now. Part of my soul was left there and I will need to go back to join it every once in a while throughout the rest of my life.

That magical land is where I was meant to experience life, I felt like my best self there. I enjoyed living like we would have 100 years ago very much.

I got to help with the horses care, horse round ups, ranch trail maintenance the shelter chores, cooking, trail guiding through tough terrain, everything. I was invited to come back and help take the tours out next year. I’m very honored and excited for this possibility.

Life is so beautiful, exciting and precious.

Sally (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Incredible experience riding to 'The end of the World'! | Definitely not for the faint hearted or those afraid of heights! We rode over terrain I would never have contemplated here in the UK but at no point did I doubt that my horse would get me safely through. All the horses were really strong and fit, excellently trained, well cared for and fun to ride.

Katrine who has been on 11 In The Saddle rides. Tierra del Fuego | My horse was a little older (it was his last ride) and he therefore lacked a bit of muscle, which meant that the saddle and girth did not fit so well. He therefore got a girth wound on the first day (and had scars from others) and had to have some extra equipment on both the front and back which meant that the girth could not move. It was nice that they put it on him, but a bit of a shame that he had to get a wound already on the first day. Otherwise, he was a lovely responsive horse, very surefooted and good in all gaits!

Larissa (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Inolvidable y hermoso!!! | For sure! The landscape is wild and also the weather, but the energy of this place is just incredible. If you like being outside and in totally nature with almost nobody else, it is like paradise!

Grace (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) AMAZING! I loved every second. The landscape is spectacular and my horse is now my Argentinian love affair (not in a creepy way). Adolfo and his team are fabulous, we all had so much fun. | My horse Cara Súcia, was independent, strong and sure footed. We connected really well and even had some sweet moments i.e I called out his name when he was off lead and he came running to me.

There were times where we traveled at a jog (seated trot) so it felt fast, and then long beach gallops which was incredible. At one point wild horses joined us. Other parts were technical, but because my horse was so sure footed and independent he always found his way and I trusted him and let him choose the path.

The riding was better than I had expected.

Rachel who has been on 15 In The Saddle rides. Fin del mundo - Amazing scenery and brilliant horse | The horse I rode was prefect for me and brilliant in the environment, very sure footed. Some days pace fairly slow other days brilliant gallops along the beach. Many steep ascents and descents and my horse brilliant with them all.
