Jan who has been on 3 In The Saddle rides. Great riding, great food, great fun | A good variety of paces across very different terrains. The day of the fast gallop was very windy, so it literally took my breath away!

An Amazing Time in the Anti-Atlas Mountains of Morocco (this is their first In The Saddle holiday) Siroua Saffron Trail | The horses were forward but well trained, and more than met my expectations.

Inger who has been on 4 In The Saddle rides. Morocco - Siroua Saffron | How would you rate your holiday? Good. As we again our suitcases was delayed when we arrived in Marrakech. This time we had them the following day. Will subsequently deselect traveling with Airfrance if possible.
The Riding. The horses were ok and willing to learn, but have not been schooled/learned to be ridden. There is a big difference between the horses that were promised us and the very young horses we got this year. Our horses was bucking the first day and did not want to go in the direction we wanted them to go. For example, we had to cross some water. Here the others rode away and hide in a gap. My horse was frustrated when it wanted join the others, but did not dare to cross the water. We made it because the guides could see that we have tried this before. We also do that with our own horses, but I did not expect this on this riding holiday. At first I was not comfortable with my horse as it could not stand still. It was now much better after some time.

Ebba Weigelt who has been on 3 In The Saddle rides. Morocco - Siroua Saffron Trail | I do not know if it was coincidence - but I rode the same horse as on my previous holiday, an experienced horse, which contributed me to 'act' guide several times when the guide's right young horse was a little too hesitant 🙂
Kim who has been on 4 In The Saddle rides. Beautiful Horses and Landscapes! | The pace was quite slow and the terrain quite good. The riding was generally a hand-walking warmup, then a quick gallop after mounting up, 2 hours of walking, then a quick gallop before hand-walking to the lunch spot. The same pattern for the afternoon. The horses were fantastic with great movement and comfortable tack, very responsive and safe.
