These adventurous expedition rides were originally created by Waldi Fritzche. In 2010, the company was taken over by Sarah Jane Gullick (formerly of Equus Trails in South Africa and African Horseback Safaris in the Okavango Delta, Botswana). Waldi will continue to guide a number of the trails and with her adventurous spirit coupled with Sarah Jane's fresh new ideas, we will see this great ride going from strength to strength. Between the two they have pioneered, guided and managed some of Africa's most impressive rides.

Damaraland is a very spectacular part of the country, almost inaccessible, with amazing colours and vast open spaces, ancient craters and remnants from prehistoric times, not to mention the forbidding Skeleton Coast. The Skeleton coast is known for the skeletal shipwrecks caused by a combination of dense fogs which commonly form here and the offshore rocks.

We may encounter elephant, rhino or lion, or be caught by rivers in flood, all of which combines into a tremendous adventure.
