Location:

Situated between the lakes of Bracciano and Martingnano, just an hour north of Rome. Nearest airport Rome (Fiumicino or Ciampino).

Weather:

Typically warmer and sunnier than the UK, it can be very hot in August.

The Riding

There is a wide selection of horses and ponies to suit a broad range of riding abilities and ages. Lessons and hacks can be tailored to the individual. For the Drag Hunt you should be competent at all paces and in control of your horse outdoors.... more »

My top tip: Having a hire car will enable you to explore the rich history of the surrrounding area and at least one day in Rome is a must.
